And everyone is wearing overcoats...

The climax of this Dr. Who episode* takes place at the side of an indoor pool, and so did the cliffhanger of Sherlock Series 1. I'm beginning to think the British have somehow confused film noir with the 100 meter relay.

*He's called Anthony Head because of it.
